Searching for my niece

In 2001 my niece posted a message searching for her mother, Shirley Ann Wehe or Cypress. Carol was born in 1965 and adopted out in 1969 through Childrens Home Society in San Francisco. I was Carols message but there was to link to information on how to contact her. I would like to find her. Take care.
