** Iso Daughter 7/9/84 W.p.b. Fl.

I am a ** iso my daughter who was born on 7/9/1984 at Good Samaritan Hospital in West Palm Beach Fl. Adoption was through Chosen Children Adoption Agency . Jan Cohn was the owner of the agency and her husband Bennett S Cohn was their attorney. I am worried that the date and place of birth was changed because the Fl. Dept of Vital Statistics has no record of me, the birth of my daughter or the adoption, they also said they found no record of the original birth cert. The hospital has also stated that they have no records of me or the birth of my daughter. This has me worried that I may never be able to find my baby! I was wondering if there are any other **'s that went through this agency. (which is no longer in operation and it seem that their files are MIA.) that might have some sort of insight as to the operations of Jan Cohn. all my leads have become a dead end. I long to find my Lost Angel!!!:( Gillian
