April 30th 1962 Brother born in Dc

My Mother Carole Lynn Morris had a son April 30th 1962 at Doctors Hospital in DC. She was from Alexandria. I have all birth information and need to find him. Our mother has stage 4 lung cancer she doesn't have much time and needs to find him. She has always thought of him and loved him. She was trying to do the right thing by giving him a life she couldnt' at age 17yrs. Please help me. Thank you Charlea Harris Ralston in VA
