My husband was adopted fro Cribs S House in Quezon City.
I have not been able to get contact information to find out policies on releasing his adoption information.\
Does anyone have any info?

You'll have to contact ICAB at skyinet.net. They have all contact info. for every orphanage/foster home in the Philippines. You'll get a faster response if you write a letter and mail it! Good luck.
