Looking for Birth Family, Female born 2/7/1960

looking for any/all birth family, was born 02/07/1960 "F" in Philly Hi, I was born in Philadelphia at the University of Penn hospital. B-Mothers name is/was Maryann(e) Gange, she is/was caucasian. B-Fathers name is/was Leroy McDowel(l), he is/was black. I was told that my B-Mom had previous children, before my birth. I beleive I was told that she had about 5 children. Before the birth certificate records were closed I know that next to B-Mom's name was the state of Maine, next to B-Dad's name West Virgina. I was adopted by a black couple with the last name of Earle.
