Will the kids's biological father have a say in an adoption procedeing? His parental rights were terminated in 1998, and he nor anyone in his family have not had contacts with the kids since, but he still pays court enforced child support. How about a name change for the kids? Both want our family last name at a minimum. Thanks for any advice!!! :) ps......btw, I'm an AZ resident (Mohave County)
