FL agency beware

Most of you who asked for info before know our dealings with the agency we used in Tampa FL. Here is a little recap; we paid them $8600 by the time it was all over. and they finalized our adoption in 4 mo. (here's the) But, they gave us CRAp the whole time. they tried to bill us for things that had nothing to do with us, they charged us twice for the same thing, by calling it something else, then when questioned backed down. they didnt work well with our primary agency. in the end i refused to speak with them, DH had to take over. but the latest, the Real Kicker for me now is that they refuse to give us an original bcert, with our bmom and bdads names on it. i feel it is Very important for my daughter to have this document. it is Her birth record, Not her adoption record and they refuse to give it to us, our agency or our bmom. They wont even give it to our bmom for a memory of the child she placed for adoption. They are in essence saying her birth never happened. If this piece of paper is important to you and your family, be careful if you deal with them. One other thing they did that I found strange, but doesnҒt really affect me is that they blacked outђ all our bparents info on their med historys. this is an open adoption and they know it. We already have all the info they ґblacked out, so it makes no sense for them to do it. Too Secrecy for my taste, definitely not open adoption!!!!! if you would like the name of the agency i am talking about you can PM me.
