They are a respected adoption support group that helps families before and after adotpion and members / board of directors include families that have come to adoption (or are going through adoption) from every avenue - domestic and international - as well as all ages. hi, We have adopted two children in N. Calif. from foster care. A three month old Hisp. male and a three year old Cauc. girl (at two diffrent times). We waited three months from homestudy completion to getting placed. Currently, we are waiting again for our third child. This time we are requesting a Hisp. male under one. Our agency is named Lilliput Children's Services. They have one in Sacramento, Placerville and I think Stockton. International adoption is beautiful and defiently an option for many families but there are many children here too. What age are you looking for in your county and how long have you been waiting?
