Questions (on E.E adoption)

I just have a couple (ok, maybe a lot) of questions on adopting from E.E and was wondering if anyone would be able to help? Which E.E country gives you the best chance of getting an infant girl? If you are of Polish heritage, how will that increase your chances of getting a child? (I am first generation American. All my other family (besides parents) are in Poland) Will that increase my chances? What is the differance between Poland and other E.E countries? (Cost, Wait, Children Available, etc.) Can you do an 'independent' adoption in an E.E country without the help of an agency? Did any of you ever adopt a child younger than 1? How long (depending on agencies) will the entire adoption process take? How are the orphanges in Poland? (clean, healthy children, organized, etc.) Which agency is the most reputable and how can you find out (whening comparing to other agencies) which are reputable? Questions for you: What made YOU choose to adopt from E.E (if you are/did)? And which country did you choose? How old was your child when you adopted him/her? Do you plan on teaching your child about E.E culture? How did your child adjust to going from the orphange to having parents and living in America (the language, culture, school, etc.) Can any of you post pictures of your babies? (This is just for my fun - I love seeing happy babies in their new home. :)) Sorry about the questions, I'm just doing a little research. ;)
