I am in the very beginning stages of researching adoption. My wife and I want to adopt from the Philippines and would appreciate any help in choosing an agency.
It depends on what state you are from.
If I were just starting I'd use these references first to get pointed in the right direction.

Hi,
You can actually just go to the ICAB's website at www.skyinet.net/~icaba/ and there you can find a list of all the agencies they will do adoptions through. They don't usually have time to answer emails, and finding out info. from an agency will be much faster. It doesn't matter at all what state you are in, we are in UT and we went through an agency in Indiana. I have a document typed up if you'd like it on the entire process of adoption from the Philippines. If you would like it, just pm me your email address!
