Looking for half-brother, 31-40 yrs old, with Lyle Elton as birth father

Hi, was your half brother given up for adoption in South Dakota? Was he part Native American? Was he born in 1965, which would make him 40 years old?

Hi. This person would be my husband's half-brother. THe only thing we know about him is that he might be a lawyer and lives or lived in California for awhile. My husband had talked to him once about 10 years ago on the phone, but we've lost his phone number and would to get to know talk to him again. He would be between 41 and 36 yrs old now. I hope this helps. I think his real mother may or may be full Sioux, but his real father (my husband's father) is only like 1/32nd (or less) Sioux (I think). I hope this helps. We are not sure what state this half brother is adopted in.
