Looking for E. Greybell or Graybell in Bristol/Kingsport Area.

I am looking for birth father by the name of E (Earnest?) Graybell or Greybell. I was born in August of 1967 in Bristol TN. My mother's name was Peggy Joyce. If you're out there, please respond. I know nothing of you or your family, as my mother to this day will not speak of it, and I would like to know about the family I was never allowed to know.
