I'm curious how long people have been waiting for their

I-600As to be processed?

Hi Larpar,

From the time we were fingerprinted for our I600A, we waited 5 weeks for our I-171H. That was in May/June of this year.

We sent our form to the Baltimore office and were fingerprinted in Wheaton.

We took everything in person to Baltimore and were fingerprinted the same day. It has now been 9 weeks for us. According to the USCIS site they are now processing I-600A's submitted on our before June 21st.

I just wanted to come back and say that we received our I-797 yesterday after 9 weeks.

Thanks for your responses. Our approval ended up taking 5 weeks from the time our homestudy was submitted. Good luck to everyone.

Hi,

I haven't started my homestudy yet but can someone tell me what those forms are:

I-600

I-171

I -797

I it better (shorter) to go to Baltimore yourself? I'm trying to find a social worker to do the HS now, but I'd like to go with the shortest timeframe possible.
