Looking For Birth mother

Somebody please help me. I was bron June 28, 1967. I am told I was born in Louisville, Ky and that my mother at the time was about 15 years old. My grandparent forced her to give me up. My birth name supposedly was Latonya tandalet Dean. this is all i know. i was placed in foster care, and was then raised inHopinsville, ky by an older couple. It is very important to me and my children that I find my birth mother. I had all but given up until i ran across this site. Somebody please help me.
