female born 3/22/72

Female looking for birthmother. I was born on 3/22/72 in Westfield, MA and adopted through Catholic Family Services in May of 1972. Was told that original birth certificate had my name recorded as "Jennifer Ann McTeague" but was later changed. Any info would great!
