mediation agreement?

hello, i am from austria, in austria open adoptions like you have, are very, very rare, in austria semi-open-adoptions are common. now I make a schooling for working as a mediator. now i want to try to make open adoptions more common in austria. is anyone hear, who has such an agreement, which is devised together with a mediator? please, can you tell me the items of the agreement? it would be a great thing! thank you very, very much
