ISO sister born July 26 or 29, 1964 in Fort Wayne, IN parents were from WI

I'm searching for my sister born either July 26th or 29th, 1964 in Fort Wayne, IN. My mother was from Wisconsin, but taken to a home for unwed mothers in Fort Wayne, Indiana to have my sister. The home was located by the United Church of Christ and the home is also who handled the adoption. My mother has never forgotten the child that she had to give up. I just posted this on the WI site on the off chance that maybe my sister is looking and found out her birthparents were from WI. Best Wishes to All. Tina
