I was born on April 12, 1974 at Lady of Lordes Hospital in Lafayette, Louisiana. My birth name was Catherine Marie Rouse. My birth mother had 3 sons before my birth. They were 8,9, & 10 years old at the time. I am a very good person. I do not wish to intrude in my birth mother's life. I would like her to know that my family & I are doing fine. I would like to talk to her if I can't meet her , just so I can close this chapter of my life.

My husband too was adopted . His last name on his birth cert. was also Rouse. His date of birth is shown as 10-01-1968. (baton rouge) Do you know if your birthmother gave up a son around that time? We are trying to find out any info. we can about her. We know nothing. If you can help with any additional info., it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks alot!
