Age and Foster Parenting

I don't believe there is one in KY. We have senior citizens that foster (I'm not sure about adopting). I do know that if you want an infant they want you to be an age that you could have biologically given birth to that child (sort of stretched in our case we have a 2 and 3 y/o and I'm 43). Michelle
