Looking for half sister born 3-15-63

I am in search of my older half sister born March 15, 1963 in Meriden Ct with the birth name Kathleen Louise, named after our maternal grandmother Our birthmothers name was Brenda Joyce Fowler her birthfathers last name is Kovac all i know about him is that his parents were teachers mother was a nurse for nursing home at the time she was pregnant. She married my father in 1967. In 1996 she suffered a stroke and that's when i found outabout you. Our mother passed away on May 28. 2004. I would love to meet you and would love for you to meet your teenage niece.
