I am currently searching for my brother who was born in 1969 or 1968 I have very little information about him but a requirement made by my mother, the adoption went through LSS in the cities of Minnesota. if you have any information or think this might be you let me know there are medical histories that he should be aware of.

I really dont know a lot of information one that I do know is one of the stipulations was he was to go to a farm family. My mom named him James allen. This is about the only info that I know is true. Does this sound familiar? If so please get back to me

This is what we know.
His mom was about 15 when he was born.
She had German Measles while pregnant with him. He is legally blind because of this.
He was adopted by a family in Minneapolis.
He was in a foster home in Anoka.

Im sorry, my mother was 18 or 19 when she had my brother so that wouldnt be him. Bummer I am so looking forward to finding him. Thank you for respondign and god luck in your search.
