I re-examined my mother's birth record paperwork that had been vetoed, I was attempting to lift the permanent ink, when instead, I found in a blurry, photocopied, typewritten copy of the court order at the very top, barely visible, a last name after her birth name, then a comma and another name I haven't figured out yet, but it starts with a b. What do I do now?
Also, some questions about this court order, I don't know legal jargon, but I have a suspicion about my mother's conception based on some of the phrasing, the fact that the order is dated almost a year and a half after the birth, the fact the mother was 15, and that there is no information on the birth father. Is that common?
I'm very excited about this discovery, I hope someone an help.
