Looking for Birth Mom I was born 03/12/58

If you can email me I will try to help you. I listed my email but I guess they can't print it for you, but I of course need some information in order to go find your records. I am 72 years old and I don't totally understand the computer, but I do know a little about finding birth mothers. I do not charge anything, just believe in your right to know your heritage. I have adopted children and have found for them and others. I just don't know how to get in touch with you. Unless you would want to give me some answers on here. I need to know where you were born? Like what hospital?? How you were adopted ( was it a private adoption or through and agency and if so what agency?) You have given when you were born but I need to know when your adopted parents got you? Also a very important thing is on your revised birth certificate there is several numbers and I need those. If you do not want to answer these, such private questions on public forum, I surely understand. I just don't know how to touch base with you unless they will give you my email address.
