Looking for my birth mother in Quebed

My birth mother, Doreen LeBlanc, is currently living in Quebed. She was born on Dec 17, 1929 in McAdam, NB. She gave birth to a baby girl in 1948 and this child was raised by Doreen's parents. My "sister" lives in New Brunswick. Doreen has married and changed her name. She has four children with her marriage. I am hoping someone will recognize this lady and help me in finding her. She needs to know that with me she has three beautiful grand-daughters and one beautiful little great-grand-son.
