Looking for my birth mother in Quebec

My birth mother, Doreen LeBlanc, is currently living in Quebec. She was born on Dec 17, 1929 in McAdam, NB. She gave birth to a baby girl in 1948 and this child was raised by Doreen's parents. My "sister" lives in New Brunswick. Doreen has married and changed her name. She has four children with her marriage. Doreen gave birth to me on Feb 15, 1952 in Halifax,NS. I was adopted by a wonderful family in New Brunswick. I am hoping someone will recognize this lady and help me in finding her. I am anxious to find my birth family.
