Looking for sister B 03/29/69

I have been looking for my sister her name is Vaughn Marie she was adopted from our family when she was six years old and they may have changed her first name could be spelled Vawn or something different I have been searching for years now I really would like to find her she was allergic to fish had a lung condition and was taken from us when she was 6 yeras old and is of metis heritage adopted by a family in ontario on a farm who adopted other children later on.....I have some info but not enough if you are her please reply ....Thanks or could you help me in anyway by making the search easier by giving me searching ideas.Thanks...
