Nephew 2/8/84

I am currently looking for my Nephew he was born 2/8/84 in Fort Smith Ar, to my sister which was very young at the time and he went into DHS, and she is looking for him, Our Mother passed a couple of months ago without knowing him, so now i am trying to find any information. if you know anything please let me know. thank you so very much
