I am looking for my 2 littles sisters- MAINE

I am a 20 year old who has a whole sister that I have lived with all my life, just met my half sisterf on 12-18-2004 who will be 16 in january, we have the same father, and I am looking for my other 2 sisters, I dont know how old they would be but they are little the oldest may be 8 im not sure, and she was in a foster home in the oxford hills area in Maine. I was told that they were adopted so Im not sure if I will be able to locate them or not but I really would like to. We all have the same Father. His name is Anthony Cyr. I know the oldest one of the 2 her name is Anne Marie (not sure if its spelt right) so if anyone knows anyone or has any ideas how I would be able to locate them it would mean alot to me if I could get some help.
