My sister was borned on the above date in J. Dosher Memorial Hospital in Southport, NC. Her birthname was Deborah Louise Smith. I believe her to be the only girl there on that date. A lead indicated she may be residing somewhere in SC. She probably kept the name Debbie as she was at least 2 or 3 when adopted. She may have had contact as an adult with a woman named Willoughby who was her aunt.
