my daughter lives with her grandparents. They have custody(the custody was giving willingly,that's what my daughter wanted) now they are wanting to adopt her i see her every other weekend and talk to her daily she talks constantly of coming back home i'm very confused about this I LOVE MY DAUGHTER ALOT but i know that i can't control her I'm wandering if they are wanting to adopt her to keep her away from me totally they say it's where they can get help raising her anyway if i do let this happen will i ever be able to see her or is it all up to them

It is up to the adopting parents to decide who the adopted child will be permitted to see. If your parents adopt your child, they will legally become HER PARENTS and they can indeed decide to forbid you to see her. You will no longer be legally related to her, and they can make all the decisions about her from then on.
I am not aware of any "help" available to people who adopt their grandchildren, unless that grandchild was in foster care first. So I don't think I'd believe that without some proof.
You need a lawyer. Someone to explain to you if your parents need your permission to adopt your daughter, or not. The lawyer could also explain what rights you would lose if the adoption happened. He could then explain how to keep it from happening if you didn't want it to happen, and what you need to be doing to be sure they don't do it anyway.
