Hi. I am an adoptee searching for a male adoptee who is my older half brother, same birth mother. He was born in Arizona,maybe Phoenix. DOB is between Dec. 1964 and June 1965. It is not our birth mother who can not remember your birth date. She passed away in an auto accident in Ohio in 1973. If you have petitioned the court for your non identifying information and received documents back with the phrase "The courts have no reason to believe that either birth parent is deceased" DO NOT believe that alone!! The courts DO NOT cross referance death records all the time!! I had to prove to the courts with a death certificate that bmom had passed away and she died just a block away from the court!! She was 16 when she had you and married to your father for 4 months. I have found him and he would like contact with you as well. I have come to find out that this male was born between May 1966 to September 1966. We found this out as in the divorce papers your birth father was to have visitation rights once you were born. This was in April 1966 and you were still not born. Please understand that while I do not know why you were placed our birth mother did think that she was going to be able to raise you alone. Something happened and you were placed for adoption. I really hope to find you, Wendy
