what an amazing story....life, i should say. God bless you.

its funny, we have been on this forum for about 2 years, you have been there for my ups and downs... and i never knew any of that stuff.....

the ony thing i knew was that you adopted 2 special needs kids and you had bio kids ....thats all i knew..

its amazing....when you hear someone tell their 'how am i touched by adoption story'.....I didnt even know you live in canade (but i dont usually check profiles anyway)

anyway, wish i could give you rep point for that...but i have to spread the love around....lol

Just wanted to say thanks for sharing your story, and how much I've enjoyed reading your posts and photos of your family. I am Haitian and I was adopted from Haiti at the age of 14 (by family). Thus, your experiences and insight from Haiti truly moved me.

For some reason, you're much younger than I had imagined. (All that experience). great to be able to put a name to the fact.

Thanks Regine. Haiti holds my heart in a BIG way. I will never forget it.

Haiti also recently changed their adoption laws. You can no longer adopt from there unless you have NO biological children (and I believe CANT have biological children ... and you must be 35).

ROFL Actually you'd be surprised ;). And please ... I am a big ol' softie. NOONE is scared of me! (ok except my kids when their rooms have imploded!, or my husband during "that week", or the neighbours dog when it WONT SHUT UP, or the rioting party house across the street) lol

And I would like to point out - this is my 900th post!!!

Congrats, Jen. I've always appreciated the no nonsense approach of many of your posts and now that I've read your background I admire you even more. Go easy on us, though, especially the guys. There aren't too many of us, you know, lol.
