I'm having trouble viewing my subscribed threads and can't seem to send or receive an PM's.
I get this message:
Linnie65, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.
What am I doing wrong?
THanks!

Ok, I'm having a hard time becasue I can't always read all my subscribed threads when they appear and because of the change to my account, I can't view them all (I only see the new ones). I know this is not the best place to ask a question about this, but I have no other way to contact people. So Brandy (only because you have been the quickest to respond adn I really appreciate that) can you email me how I can ask a question or do you all want me to just post it here?
Thanks
Linnie,
Unfortunately, there isnt anything that can be done about it, not at this time. Hopefully the Tech Support team will get this resolved at some point, itҒs been an issue since the roll out of the new forums a year ago.
Youre welcome to post your questions here or you can email Sarah @ admin@adoptionmedia.com - either way, someone will respond to your inquiry, although you might actually get a quicker answer by posting here.

Sorry Linnie - that isn't an option. Contrary to popular belief, we have no way of tracking, reading or viewing Private Messages so wed have no to know if you used the function or not.
Hopefully the Subscribed Threads issue will be resolved, but until then, youҒll have to make due with the current set up.
