Hunting for nephew in California

His grandparents in California are Frances and Eugene Partlow.Gene was born at Sutter Memorial Hospital in Sacramento Calif. His mother Judy (Partlow) was a secretary to the Hospital Administrator. I have not seen Gene since he was 3 yrs old and would very much like to see him. Gene's biological father was Danny Lee Martin.
