Adopted by Navy Family based in Norfolk

I was born 6/8/76 in Portsmouth, VA. Adopted by Navy family. adad was Navy flight officer P-3s based in Norfolk at the time. adad was 33, amom was 34 at the time of my birth. Birth certificate was recorded 6/14/76. aparents had a son 4 yrs old adopted too when they adopted me. Could this be you? Could this be someone you know, your sister, mom, wife, cousin, aunt???????
