I keep posting but I am hoping someday it will help... Still. in search of my half brother, born in Albany, New York through Catholic Charities. I am almost positive it was sometime in late march, beginning of April in 1973. I believe one or both of his adoptive parents were lawyers. I keep slowly getting more information. Which is good.... :)
