Foster/adopt

Hey all...my name is Wayne. I would like to adopt a 4-5 year old next year, will probably be taking the classes in September or so through a Christian organization to get my foster license. I am a single male. What are my chances to be able to adopt? What are the steps that I need to take...where should I start? I would like to get to know some other single adoptive parents to network. Hi Wayne,

I'm a single woman currently going through the adoption process. I'm taking my classes/doing my homestudy right now. I should be finished in the middle of April.
