[font=Verdana]After many adventures we have returned to the US with a wonderful new son
named Vitalck, age 5.5, adopted in Kyiv with the help of Maxim's team. We are so very thankful to God for this terrific boy, who has already brought so much joy and life to our home. We cannot imagine being without him, and feel he was meant just for us.
Our apologies for the delay in announcing our return a week ago, but we
were so tired, and Vitalck had a bumpy transition period that required all
our remaining energy and attention. We will post our travel story as soon
as we can, but want to take this opportunity to say how much we admire the
Ukrainian people, and how thankful we are for the friends we made during our
trip. We also feel that the preparation we received on this List, as well
as the professionalism of our facilitators, who walked us through the complex
process, was fantastic.

We are interested in a host program for the summer and I am particularly drawn to a boy that is 5. Can you let me know what kinds of adjustment you went through, and what you have anticipated in terms of trying to transition him in school as easily as possible? Thanks!
