ISO adopted brother 2-7-70 thru LSS in MN

My younger brother was put in foster care and adopted thru Lutheran Social Services of MN. Born on 2-7-70 with his birth name on certificate as baby boy schulz. My mother was unable to support another child being single and adoption was the best she could provide. Any info would be much appreciated!
