Becky,
Some threads can cause people to be uncomfortable about posting and there's a wide range of experiences and personalities on here. I think for the most part, everyone is pretty respectful just have differing opinions.
We try very hard to make adoptions.com a comfortable place for EVERYONE. Please know that we don't allow personal attacks etc. and threads are closed or members are banned due to that very thing. If you see something that violates the TOS, please report it to a moderator. Just click on the red triangle button above the post and it will automatically send a message out to us for review. Or if there's a specific problem you want to report, please know you can pm me or any of the moderators.
I'd hate to think you are in need of support or have questions but don't feel you can post and hope you reconsider. Like Kim said too, you might try sending a pm to someone if that might be easier for you.
Crick:)
Thanks ladies....
I admit, I was afraid I'd hear something or someone saying something I didn't want to hear and that idea just made me uncomfortable...and it is based on some opinions I read in another thread...none were attacks, all were professionally and politely indicated.
I just felt more that what was going on inside my head is ultimately a personal decision and there are plenty out there would would agree as well as disagree with the outcome of my thoughts! ;)
I have certainly felt comfortable posting other thoughts/questions/concerns, but I had to reconsider what I initially posted.
These boards are priceless to me on ALL other aspects! :)
