**UPDATE** All-- I posted the note below about a year ago. Thanks to all who sent me information. The name and address for the father was correct, however I ran into another issue. Thomas Daniel Otto, who is now married to another woman said he was not my husbands father. He said, when he was married to Barbara, she had an affair. He said he is "white", and the man she had an affair with was "black". He refused to give me her information, stating he doesn't know where she lives. I don't buy it, simply because they share two children together. They all I'm sure reside in Lubbock Texas. If you have ANY information on this woman, her family, or the kids. He was adopted in Germany where he was born (Kaiserslautern, Germany) military hospital. The name on this birth certificate is: Barbara Bernice Otto Nee Douglas. November 8, 1947, born in Alpena, Michigan. I called this woman last year who lives in Texas. When she got on the phone, I said "Hi, you don't know, looking for a long lost friend. I'm looking for a woman who was stationed over in Germany, and gave up her son for adoption." This woman got nasty, asked how I found her number, and then said she wasn't the person. I think it was to be honest with you. Anyway, ANY HELP would be welcomed! Looking for Birthmother- Barbara Bernice Otto I'm looking for my husbands birth parents due to health related questions. Her name for sure is Barbara Bernice Otto, and her husband before they were divorced is Thomas Daniel Otto. She was living according to court divorce records in Lubbock, Texas.
