I was born at ft Wayne children's home also called Woodhaven. Iso birth mother. She was 19 and a college student. She was a swimmer. I believe I stayed w her until February when I was adopted. I have major health issues and need family health information. Please help. I have had a wonderful life but need info. Would love to speak to you.
