Hi Katherine We adopted our daughter from Kazakhstan, but I know that our agency also has a very good program in Ukraine. Our agency is Adoption Ark and the Ukraine coordinator is Natasha. She can be emailed at info@adoptionark.com Adoption Ark is an excellent agency with a very good reputation in all of the Eastern European countries. They are quite efficient and very detail oriented. They truly love the children and they work tirelessly to help their clients adopt just as quickly as possible. I would encourage you to email Natasha and ask for more information. I believe the Ukraine agency fee is very competitive at $12,500 -- considerably less than the Kaz fee. These are honest, hardworking women. I know you would be very pleased to have them handle your adoption. Good luck and please don't hesitate to ask questions of me.
