My Step Father was adopted out in 1966. His parents were Nyla Frank and Terry Ward who were then residing Taranaki New Zealand but then moved to Auckland. I have tried everything I can to find information about them but keep on hitting a brick wall. If anyone has any suggestions that would be appreciated.

I've also know that the Salvation Army have a person dedicated to help people track down parents / children etc. I think it is just a service they provide for the community rather that those people having to be Sally Army. Give their Head Office a try - they should be able to advise who their liasion officer is.
