the good bad and ugly

I have a friend who is thinking of adopting. She is considering Bethany Services. What do you have to say about Bethany??? I would like to know the Good the bad and the ugly...any advice i can pass on? Thanks! P.S. one year reuion anniversary for me this month! :)
