As we narrow down our decision on an agency to use, we've heard that some agencies offer payment plans. For example, pay for the application and homestudy fees upfront and then pay the placement fee in installments (1/3 two months after placement, 1/3 two months later, and then the final 1/3 two months after that). Does anyone know of any private agencies in Maryland that allow payments in installments? It does not have to be exactly as listed above. If you do, could you please PM us with details. Thanks
