I am looking for my birth parents. I was born in king county at provedence hospital. 7\16\68? I was put in foster care and moved to Phoenix Az at age 4 years old
( I was still in foster care) I was adopted in phoenix when I was six years old. I was born with club feet My name use to be Pattiann but i am not sure if that is my birth name. Please if anyone can help me please let me know. :confused:
