Leigh Ann Jones gave birth to a baby girl 3-17-04

Are you out there???? Does anyone have any advice on how to start looking for our daughters bmom?? It was supposed to be a closed adoption through Arkansas DHS. But, I was able to find out our daughters bmom's name, age, and a little about her background. We have 2 other adoptions that are semi-open and we would like to send pictures to our daughter bmom..or possible open up contact with her if she would like to have contact. I'm not sure if she even knew it was a possibility for her to have continued contact....or if after a year she may have changed her mind and might like to have contact after all.
