wic in pa?

I was reading other posts & I was wondering if we were elegible for wic.I have one bio so a fd&fs 2,4,6.I know we get the stiepen but I did not realize how much milk & eggs & cheese etc.3 kids go throughBetween me & my husband we lost a total of 15lbs Because I cannot judge how much to cook,for fear of waste.I am a bit embarrassed by even thinking about more gov.helpso please don't think I all about the money
