Looking for "Butch"

Hi i am searching for a man named/nick named "Butch" that had a baby girl in March of 1969. His Race is African American and the birth mother is caucasian. he did some time in the HOC in Milwaukee. He had 2 or 3 sisters and 1 older brother that was in the service.
